By accessing or using any service provided by PACI IPTV Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services. Use of the service constitutes full acceptance of all terms outlined here.

PACI IPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service including live TV channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and related media services delivered over the internet.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@paciptv.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share login credentials outside your household without a valid multi-connection plan
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without a signed reseller agreement
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
• Circumvent any technical restrictions, geo-blocks, or security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations

All subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable once service access has been granted, except as required by law.

• 1-Month Plan: Billed monthly, cancellable at renewal
• 12-Month Plan: Billed annually with a discounted rate
• Reseller Credits: Non-expiring credit packs subject to Reseller Terms

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

All content streamed through our platform — including live channels, movies, and series — is owned by their respective copyright holders. PACI IPTV does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Our website, platform design, branding, and software are the intellectual property of PACI IPTV Ltd. and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PACI IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or service interruptions.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to any claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful to the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Any remaining subscription period is forfeited and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical faults, or third-party issues do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
